Leave the city of marrakech behind and begin your scenic journey across the High Atlas Mountains. Drive along the winding mountain roads toward the Tizi n’Tichka Pass, stop in spectacular views of the mountains, valleys and traditional Berber villages along the way.
After crossing the pass, continue toward Ait Ben Haddou, one of Morocco’s most famous historic fortified villages and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Take time to explore the Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, walk through its narrow streets and discover its traditional earthen architecture. The area has also been used as a filming location for several famous movies and TV productions.
After your visit, continue to Ouarzazate, known as the gateway to the Sahara . You can enjoy a lunch break here before continuing south.
From Ouarzazate, continue through the Valley of Roses, known for its rose gardens, traditional villages and impressive landscapes.
Continue into the Dades Valley, where the scenery becomes increasingly dramatic. Before reaching your accommodation, visit the famous Dades Gorge and admire its impressive rock formations and winding mountain road.
Arrive at your hotel or guesthouse in the Dades Valley, enjoy dinner and relax after your first day of the journey.

After breakfast, continue your luxury 8 day Morocco desert tour toward the Sahara.
Drive through the spectacular landscapes of the Dades Valley before continuing toward Tinghir and the famous Todra Gorge.
Visit Todra Gorge and take a walk between its enormous limestone cliffs. This is one of the most impressive natural attractions in southeastern Morocco.
After visiting the gorge, continue through the changing landscapes of the region, passing palm groves, traditional villages and desert scenery.
Continue toward Erfoud, famous for its fossils and dates, before travelling toward Merzouga.
As you approach Merzouga, the landscape gradually changes and the golden dunes of Erg Chebbi begin to appear.
In the afternoon, arrive at the edge of the Sahara Desert and begin your camel trek into the Erg Chebbi dunes.
Ride your camels through the golden sand while enjoying the peaceful atmosphere of the Sahara.
Stop in the dunes to watch the spectacular Sahara sunset before continuing to your desert camp.
At the camp, enjoy a traditional Moroccan dinner, Berber music around the campfire and a night under the stars.
You can also try sandboarding in the dunes.

After breakfast, begin your final journey toward Fes.
Travel north from Merzouga through the dramatic landscapes of eastern Morocco.
Stop at a panoramic viewpoint overlooking the Ziz Valley, famous for its palm groves and oasis landscapes.
Continue toward Midelt, The route then climbs into the Middle Atlas Mountains. Depending on conditions and the season, you may have the opportunity to see Barbary macaques around the cedar forests near Azrou.
Continue toward Ifrane, a distinctive mountain town known for its alpine-style architecture and cooler climate.
After the stop in Ifrane, continue toward Fes.

After breakfast, spend the morning exploring the historic city of Fes with your local guide. Begin with a visit to the Royal Palace of Fes, where you can admire the impressive golden doors and beautiful exterior.
Continue to the Bab Bou Jeloud, the famous Blue Gate and entrance to the old Medina. Explore the narrow streets of the Fes el-Bali Medina, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and discover its traditional souks, artisan workshops, and historic architecture.
Visit the Bou Inania Madrasa, known for its beautiful Moroccan tilework and traditional architecture, and continue to the Al Quaraouiyine area, home to one of the oldest centers of learning in the world. You can also visit the famous Chouara Tanneries and see the traditional leather-making process.
After the morning visit, leave Fes and drive toward Chefchaouen, the beautiful blue city in the Rif Mountains.
Arrive in Chefchaouen in the afternoon. Check into your accommodation and enjoy free time to explore the charming blue-painted streets, small shops, and local cafés.

After breakfast, depart from Chefchaouen and begin your journey toward Rabat, Morocco’s capital city.
Upon arrival in Rabat, visit the impressive Hassan Tower, one of Morocco’s most important historic landmarks. Continue to the Kasbah of the Udayas, a beautiful historic fortress overlooking the Bouregreg River and Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy a walk through its charming blue-and-white streets and take some time for photos.
After exploring Rabat, continue your journey toward Casablanca, approximately 90 km away.
Arrive in Casablanca in the afternoon or evening and check into your accommodation. Depending on your arrival time, you can enjoy some free time in the city or visit the area around the impressive Hassan II Mosque.
