Itinerary : 2 days From Marrakech to Fez via Sahara Desert
Day 1 : Marrakech-Tizi N’tichka Pass-Ait Benhaddou-Ouarzazate-Kelaa M’gouna-Boumalne Dades-Tinghir-Erfoud- Sahara Desert.
Get Ready for a 10-hour adventure today as we pick you up from your Marrakech hotel. The journey takes you over the High Atlas Mountains, reaching the picturesque Tizi N’tichka pass at 2260 meters. Discover the ancient beauty of the Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage site, and indulge in a local lunch.
Our road continues to Ouarzazate, passing the renowned Atlas Film Studios for a quick photo session. In the city center, enjoy panoramic views of Taourirt Kasbah, Kalaa M’gouna, Boumalne du Dades, and the enchanting Dades Valley.
Heading towards Todra Gorges through Imider and Tineghir, we pause for scenic snapshots and admiration of the natural wonders. Upon reaching Todra Gorges, marvel at the breathtaking canyon views before the journey proceeds to Tinejdad, Erfoud, and finally, the captivating Erg Chebbi dunes of Merzouga.
As the sun begins its descent, prepare for an enchanting camel trek into the desert to witness the mesmerizing sunset. Arriving at the camel area, embark on a unique journey to our campsite nestled in the heart of the desert. Enjoy a night in a luxurious or traditional nomad tent, relishing a delightful dinner under the glittering desert sky. This is not just a journey; it’s a sensory experience, a fusion of nature, culture, and unforgettable moments in the heart of the Sahara.
Day 2 : Merzouga - Ziz Valley - Midelt - Fes
Wake up to the stunning sunrise over Erg Chebbi’s dunes—the best moment in Merzouga. After breakfast, head to Fes via Ziz Valley and Azrou’s cedar forest. Encounter monkeys, take breaks for coffee, lunch, and photos, and marvel at Ifrane, Morocco’s ‘Switzerland.’ Your journey ends with a drop-off at your Riad/Hotel in Fes, completing a day filled with diverse landscapes and memorable moments
