Day 1: Marrakech – High Atlas Mountains – Ait Ben Haddou – Dades Valley

Your 4 Days Desert Tour from Marrakech begins with an early morning departure from Marrakech. Travel through the spectacular High Atlas Mountains via the famous Tizi n’Tichka Pass (2,260 m), the highest mountain pass in Morocco. Along the way, we will stop at several panoramic viewpoints where you can enjoy the breathtaking scenery and take memorable photographs of the mountains and traditional Berber villages.

Continue to the ancient fortified village of Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site famous for its unique earthen architecture and as a filming location for many international movies and TV series. After exploring the kasbah and enjoying lunch, continue to Ouarzazate, known as the “Hollywood of Morocco” thanks to its renowned film studios and numerous movie productions. The city is also considered the Gateway to the Sahara Desert, serving as the starting point for many desert adventures in southern Morocco.

From Ouarzazate, travel through the beautiful Valley of Roses and the Road of a Thousand Kasbahs before arriving in Dades Valley, famous for its dramatic rock formations and stunning landscapes.
